TO CONFIRM: whether § 14 UGB or § 63 GewO require details for the provider’s presence in Austria, and whether a notification under § 373a GewO or the trade under § 151 GewO (address publishers and direct marketing companies) applies.
  • Competent trade authority in the Czech Republic and applicable professional rules: TO CONFIRM: add the trade licensing office (živnostenský úřad) and the reference to the Czech Trade Licensing Act (§ 5(1) nos. 5 and 6 ECG).
  • The provider is not registered for VAT and has no VAT identification number.
